Cancellation policy

Section 1: Subscriptions
1.1 Subscriptions involve repeat deliveries based on the selected duration and frequency.
1.2 Payment details are stored securely, and charges are made for each delivery unless prepaid.
1.3 Some subscriptions auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel the subscription.
1.4 To cancel or modify your subscription:

Use the link in your order confirmation email to manage the subscription.

For coaching subscriptions, excluding 1-on-1 coaching, contact us at least 30 days in advance via office@wiseinvestorcollective.com

Section 2: Pre-orders
1.1 Pre-orders involve purchasing out-of-stock or upcoming products.
1.2 Payment may be partially collected at checkout, with the remainder charged upon fulfillment.
1.3 To cancel a pre-order:

Unfulfilled pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund.

Fulfilled pre-orders cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund per our Refund Policy.
