Refund policy

Overview

This refund policy applies to all products and services offered by Wise Investor Collective (WIC), including physical, digital, and coaching products.

Section 1: Refund Eligibility by Product Type:

1.1 Physical Products:

  1. Refunds are eligible for defective or undelivered items within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be returned in original condition. Contact us at Support@WiseInvestorVault.com for return instructions.
  3. Refunds are not provided for items damaged by the customer.

1.2 Digital Products:

  1. All digital products are final sale.
  2. Refunds are offered only if technical issues prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved.
  3. Contact us at Support@WiseInvestorVault.com for support before requesting a refund.

1.3 Coaching Services:

  • 1-on-1 coaching fees are **non-refundable** after the start of the **12-month** term.
  • For membership in the Wise Investor Collective**, refunds are available as follows:
  • Days 8-30: 50% refund.
  • After 30 Days: No refunds provided.
  • Please refer to the Wise Investor Collective Membership and 1-on-1 Coaching Agreement for full terms and conditions.

Section 2: Recurring Services Cancellation

2.1 A 30-day advance written notice is required to cancel any recurring subscriptions or coaching services.

2.2 Cancellation requests must be sent to Office@WiseInvestorCollective.com

Section 3. Refund Process

3.1 Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

3.2 For physical product returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.
